Responsibilities
- Use Baker's platform to manage clients' ad accounts from start to finish, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the harness, research its internal workings, and propose improvements based on operational friction points.
- Ensure seamless integration of paid‑media deliverables into the harness, maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical background—experience as a software developer or product maker.
- Experience managing high‑budget ad accounts.
- Examples: (1) Technical person who launched an entrepreneurial venture and handled its own startup ads; (2) Media buyer who transitioned into engineering; (3) Growth Engineer with hands‑on ad experience.
