Job Description
Key Responsibilities: This role involves checking items for damage packaging them properly labeling them and preparing them for transport. Packers work in a warehouse or distribution center and help ensure orders are sent out on time and in good condition.
- Pack products into boxes or containers to prevent damage during shipping.
- Follow instructions on how to pack and label each order
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Make sure orders are correct and complete.
- Label packages with the correct shipping information.
- Attach any required paperwork (like packing slips).
- Keep track of packing materials (e.g. boxes tape).
- Help keep the packing area clean and organized.
- Work with other team members to meet packing goals.
- Help with other warehouse tasks when needed.
