Job Description
Chemical Delivery Operations Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey Drive a forklift (only if you have been trained) Offload chemicals from truck Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage Keep chemical containment & storage areas clean and free of spillages and dirt Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician Daily Stock Taking Report Fill in EBI reports Fill in Stock allocation report correctly Fill in schedules from the line daily and submit to Planners Walk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying pattern of nozzles and leaks Remove and clean blocked nozzles Check conveyors for cleanliness Check salt tank if there is salt present. Top up if required Check water hardness and record results Be on the Line when the Line startsup during maintenance Perform COF/drag Test Perform 50 crate counts Perform Methylene Blue Te...
