Job Description
Chemical Delivery Operations
- Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey
- Drive a forklift (only if you have been trained)
- Offload chemicals from truck
- Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
- Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
- Keep chemical containment & storage areas clean and free of spillages and dirt
- Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician
Daily Stock Taking Report
- Fill in EBI reports
- Fill in Stock allocation report correctly
- Fill in schedules from the line daily and submit to Planners
- Walk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying pattern of nozzles and leaks
- Remove and clean blocked nozzles
- Check conveyors for cleanliness
- Check salt tank if there is salt present. Top up if req...
