Job Description
LEGO Operaciones de Mexico seeks a Packing Supervisor (Temporary 1 year) for our Monterrey area facility in Ciénega de Flores, NL. This role leads a crew of operators, ensures production plans are met, and upholds safety, quality and confidentiality across the packing area.
You will promote a safe environment, develop talent, coordinate HR processes, and collaborate with other plants on standard methods to optimize the packing workflow.
