What You Will Experience In This Position

• Collaborate with New Product Introduction, Supply, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Materials teams to ensure current and new packaging solutions align with customer needs, business objectives, and sustainability goals.
• Ensure nVent packaging meets all international, national, and state packaging regulations and directives.
• Design and develop packaging solutions from a variety of materials for new and existing products.
• Maintain and develop packaging design and testing standards to meet internal and external customer requirements.
