Job Description
Packaging Engineer – Fixed Term 12 months
This position is based in Cali, Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and qualification of tertiary packaging associated with new product launches and cost improvement, including end‑to‑end line qualification.
- Perform all required specifications, documentation, line trials and testing to support product release.
- Support feasibility study, evaluation and business justification for tertiary packaging for NPD, NPI and improvement & cost reduction of existing packages.
- Develop tertiary packaging, including trade customization, artwork, specifications, configuration, palletization, and transportation tests for both internal and external manufacturing.
- Define and execute the tertiary packaging development plan.
- Analyze and validate tertiary packaging technical drawings.
