Position Title:Packaging Development EngineerLocation:Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.Category:personal care or consumer industries.Job Type:Full-time(Onsite), 1 year possibility of extension.Job DescriptionManage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projectsManage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelvesWork with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and conceptsRepresent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savingsConduct line trialsConduct lab testingDevelop packaging specificationsCandidate RequirementsGraduate or Engineering in Packaging or related field.1-3 years experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, Consumer products, personal care or related industriesGood communication skills both oral and written in Spanish & English.
