Urgent Hiring | Package Buyer | FPSO Project | Malaysia
We are hiring an experienced Package Buyer for a major international FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project in Malaysia .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle for assigned equipment and package purchases.
- Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate commercial bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, QA/QC, and expediting teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications, company procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
