Job Description
Oversee incident management as a P2 and P3 Incident Coordinator. Ensure swift resolution and effective communication in high-pressure IT environments to minimize service disruption.
In this critical role, you will coordinate responses to production incidents, guiding teams from across IT infrastructure and applications.
