一、This role is responsible for sales strategy development and execution for grid-side and large-scale C&I energy storage in North America and Latin America, achieving sales, profit, and collection targets.

二、Responsibilities 职责
1.Develop and execute sales strategies for grid-side, utility, and large C&I storage in North America and Latin America; meet sales, profit, and collection targets.
制定并执行北美及拉美地区电网侧、公共事业级（Utility），大型工商业储能销售策略，达成销售、利润及回款目标。
2.Build and maintain long-term relationships with grid operators, energy groups, developers, and EPCs.
开发与维护电网公司、能源集团、项目开发商、EPC 等核心客户，建立长期合作关系。
3.Manage full project cycle: lead generation, technical alignment, solution design, financial modeling, negotiation, contracting, and delivery.
负责储能项目全流程运作：线索挖掘、技术对接、方案设计、财务测算、商务谈判、签约及项目交付。
