Job Description
Join 360°kids as an Overnight Youth Worker in the HOPE Program. Support youth impacted by trafficking through vital mentoring and crisis assistance in a flexible schedule.
This position involves conducting assessments, coordinating life skills sessions, and providing youth-focused counseling. You will be a positive role model while guiding youth towards stability and independence. Crisis intervention and effective problem-solving are key in this role, as is the ability to document progress and communicate regularly with the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments and set achievable goals
• Facilitate life skills sessions and mentor youth
• Provide counseling using a trauma-informed approach
• Respond to crises and implement solutions
• Advocate for youth with service providers

• CYW Diploma/Degree or equivalent education
• Experience with street-involved youth required
