The Health Care Centre Pharmacy at WRHN is seeking a passionate pharmacist for a temporary position until April 30, 2027. You'll deliver comprehensive medication management and care to community clients, focusing on patient safety and teamwork. Experience in oncology is preferred but not required, and you'll play a key role in integrating regulated pharmacy technicians into practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pharmaceutical care to community clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in patient care
• Incorporate expanded pharmacist’s scope of practice
• Ensure patient safety in all pharmacy services
• Deliver excellent customer service during interactions

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
