POSITION: Overnight Coordinator

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the Overnight Coordinator provides staffing and management support to all MSP program areas employees while maintaining the core values of MSP regarding harm reduction, choice, equity, and diversity to encourage individuals’ capacity building throughout the overnight hours. The co‑coordinator supports all program areas during overnight hours, responding to staff needs and crisis as well as administrative support and professional development of front‑line staff. Together with a second Night Coordinator, the two cover night shifts over the seven days in the week, overlapping their presence on site over three nights a week.
