Overall Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, including coordination of testers in several teams of one IT program
• Proven track record in designing and implementing project‑overarching / program wide test strategies
• Experience in software release management or willingness to learn the tasks involved in coordinating the release of different dependent applications. Ability to stand in for the release manager during absences.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a business and stakeholder‑facing context
• Self‑driven and independent working style
• Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Located in Munich area (for regular participation in e.g. UAT testing sessions)
