At ZTE España, we are currently looking for an Outsourcing Specialist to join our Engineering & Services team in Spain.
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with experience in telecom deployment environments and outsourcing/vendor management, capable of coordinating subcontracted resources across multiple engineering and deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontracted workforce needs with Project Managers across telecom deployment and engineering projects.
- Manage outsourcing suppliers and ensure resource availability according to project timelines.
- Follow up on subcontractor performance, onboarding, documentation and service quality.
- Support FTTH, 3G, 4G and 5G deployment projects.
- Monitor resource allocation, certifications, access requirements and project compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Services teams.
