Our client, a growing home services organization is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to lead, develop an established a sales team supporting a rapidly expanding Lawn & Pest division.
This role is responsible for coaching, performance management, recruiting, training, and scaling a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership experience and a proven track record of building successful teams in the lawn care, pest control, or broader home services industry.
Responsibilities:
