About the job We're ASH Clipping, a performance-based short-form content distribution platform. Brands pay us to get their content seen, and we deliver through a vetted network of creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We're growing fast and looking for hungry individuals to join our outreach team and help us connect with brands that need visibility. What You'll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying potential brand partners (apps, SaaS, ecom, music, gaming, and more)
- Reaching out via cold email, DMs, LinkedIn, and calls
- Following up consistently and keeping conversations going
- Handing off warm/interested leads to our closing team
- Maintaining a simple tracker of your outreach activity What We Offer:
- Base salary of ₹5,000-₹8,000/month during your first month
- ₹15,000-₹30,000 bonus per client you bring in, no minimum deal size, no conditions
