Job summary
This is a 12-month developmental rotational role, across practice education and critical care outreach. It is designed for an experienced Band 5 Critical Care Nurse who wants to further develop leadership, management, education, and advanced clinical skills. The Associate Practice Educator and Critical Care Outreach Practitioner rotation provides a structured development pathway for Band 5 staff, supporting their progression as leaders in both clinical, educational and managerial practice. The post holder will have substantial Critical Care skills and hold the Critical Care Course.
During the six-month CCOT rotation, the post holder will gain experience in autonomous decision-making, complex patient management, and cross-specialty working.
