Outreach Learning Support Assistant – Tiptree
Location: Tiptree
Salary : £90 - £130 per day
GSL Education is seeking to appoint dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team at Tiptree Campus.This is a unique opportunity to support secondary pupils experiencing Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA), helping them rebuild confidence, manage anxiety, and re-engage with their learning.
The position start date is effective from 1st September 2026.
The position is 37 hours per week, and the working pattern is as follows; Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.
