Dän Sóthän Nûtl’et Do seeks a dedicated Outreach Coordinator for high-risk groups to provide essential case management and community support. This permanent full-time role addresses the needs of vulnerable citizens.
This position focuses on outreach to individuals and families encountering challenges related to high-risk situations such as substance abuse and mental health issues. The Coordinator will engage with First Nations and other services to ensure comprehensive support and connection to necessary resources, while also facilitating vital educational initiatives within the community.
