Position Summary
As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Outpatient Program Director will partner with leadership to set strategic priorities for the program assigned. This person has oversight of administrative, clinical, and medical staff, and is entrusted to achieve operational and financial goals. This person must demonstrate effective oversight and the development of systems to ensure staff competence, and effective use of resources. This position will ensure program integrity, and will actively contribute to clinical programming and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
