Job Description
Are you passionate about the outdoors and inspiring the next generation of leaders? The Canadian Rockies Outdoor Learning Centre (OLC) is seeking a self‑motivated, and reliable Program Instructor/Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will support our educational programs, maintain our facility, and ensure high school students have an unforgettable, safe, and impactful experience in the mountains. This position follows a unique 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off schedule. Due to the nature of the shift, staff are expected to stay on‑site in provided staff accommodations during the work rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of engaging outdoor course material for high school students.
- Assist with bus route cancellations (subject to availability and appropriate school bus driver training).
- Cleaning fleet vehicles, and organizing gear and equipment to keep all OLC programs running smoothly.
