Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria.

Requirements

Dial and connect Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold leadcampaigns with consistent energy and high activity, opening conversations froma cold start. Take live transfers from lead warmers, pick up theconversation smoothly, and carry the client through to a sale.

Understand and advise Present quotes clearly, explain product features, benefits,exclusions and costs in plain language, and handle objections without pressure. Close the sale and set the client up correctly for a smoothonboarding.

Stay compliant and accurate Make the required identity, purpose and call-recordingdisclosures Capture every interaction, outcome, disclosure and consentaccurately and on time in the CRM.
