About the Company
Oscilar is building the AI Risk Decisioning platform for banks and fintechs. Our platform enables financial institutions to manage fraud, credit risk, compliance, and onboarding decisions in real time using modern AI infrastructure. Founded by Neha Narkhede, co-creator of Apache Kafka, we are building a category-defining company.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound pipeline generation for new ICP verticals including Fraud, Disputes, and AML/Compliance
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, cold call, and LinkedIn
- Build and automate GTM workflows using Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI agents
- Run continuous A/B testing on messaging, intent signals, and enrichment sources
- Design and manage physical and digital direct mail campaigns to reach high-value targets
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in B2B outbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
