This is an entry-level role — not a high-pressure sales position. We want friendly, organized, and reliable people who communicate clearly and professionally.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S. customers to book, confirm, and follow up on HVAC service appointments
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Update our CRM system with accurate call notes and appointment details
