Outage Administrator ย ย ย ย ย 
Roster:
ย Casual contract, starting early August till November | Working Monday to Friday
Location:ย Millmerran, QLD

ย ย 
Responsibilities:

  • Process and track timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely submission
  • Maintain document control systems including filing, version control and accessibility
  • Coordinate meetings including scheduling, agendas and recording of key actions
  • Maintain records of inspection, quality and outage documentation
  • Support onboarding and site administrative processes for outage personnel
  • Track actions and maintain registers to support outage coordination
  • Assist outage leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks
  • Ensure data integrity across outage records and systems
  • Support communication between teams by maintaining clear and accessible information
