Description
Job Summary: In accordance with the organization's mission, vision, and values, the Outpatient Evaluator is responsible for conducting comprehensive substance use evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, determining level of care recommendations, and making appropriate referrals in accordance with OASAS and organizational standards. The Evaluator works collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure timely access to treatment and continuity of care. The following duties will apply:
