Job Description
Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours) for a 12-week contract, based in Lincolnshire. You will act as the first point of contact for emergency and out‑of‑hours enquiries, handling sensitive calls across Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Housing, Highways and more. Excellent communication and resilience are essential.
Shifts include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. 25 hours per week, rate £16.49 per hour umbrella.
