Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country growth strategies
- Drive business development and secure major engineering projects
- Lead engineering operations and project delivery
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and commercial performance
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Develop strong client relationships and lead contract negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, or Digital Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (Country Manager, General Manager, Operations Director, Business Unit Head, or similar)
