Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in HVAC installation, with a focus on heat pumps. You'll lead projects, supervise staff, maintain essential documentation, and handle troubleshooting on-site. Strong communication skills are key to interfacing with customers and team members alike during installations.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead residential HVAC installations, focusing on heat pumps • Supervise and train junior installers for success • Keep detailed records of installations and inspections • Comply with Ontario safety and code requirements • Troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solutions
