Job Description
Our Vancouver-based client is seeking an OT (Operational Technology) Support resource for a 12-month contract opportunity. This is an on-site role with potential for flexibility to work remotely once settled into the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Front End/Server Operations for building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, CCTV, Access Control and life safety systems.
- Network monitoring and incident triage for Building Systems and IoT-enabled devices.
- Assist in getting operators familiarized with the Integrated Building Management Platform and working directly with the Building Operations Centre Team.
- Collaborate with IT to support the users within the Corporate Offices, and those systems available to users.
