Job Description
OSS INTERN (IT OSS Part‑Time Employment)
Responsible for providing technical and non‑technical assistance to end‑users and supporting the IT infrastructure of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist staff with system backup and maintenance functions.
- Help troubleshoot network and hardware issues.
- Update user and technical documentation.
- Call in to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems.
- Provide help‑desk support for technical assistance.
- Build and deploy desktop computer and laptop images for deployment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferably 300–800+ internship hours (approximately 1 month+).
