Job Description
Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator with Junior Adventures Group in Beaconsfield. Inspire children’s development with engaging programs while working with a passionate team.
In this part-time role, you will assist in managing our Outside School Hours Care service for primary-age kids. Your 30-hour weekly schedule will involve split shifts and the opportunity to lead a committed group of Educators. You will help provide a nurturing and engaging environment through various activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create exciting child-centered programs with diverse activities
• Develop relationships with children and the community
• Lead the team of Educators and manage schedules
• Oversee compliance and administration tasks daily
Requirements:
• Passion for working with and impacting children positively
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• National Police Check and Working with Children check required
