Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, with substantial hands-on experience in spine surgery, TKR, and THR. Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes in complex joint replacement and spinal procedures. Expertise in minimally invasive techniques, navigation systems, and robotic-assisted surgery (preferred). Strong understanding of biomechanics, implant selection, and long-term joint preservation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
