In this individual contributor role as an Organization Effectiveness Lead, you will report to a Director of Organization Effectiveness, and will optimize the effectiveness of the Humana Military onboarding process and programs.
+ You will create strategies to maximize associates' work output and utilize their skills.
+ You will guide Humana Military leaders and associates to navigate the onboarding journey through a structured support process and tools.
+ You will serve as a concierge, liaison and consultant for hiring leaders and provide onboarding support, advisory services, planning, and coordination in a tiered support model.
