What awaits you:

  • Advising OEM customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range with specialized support from specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Of particular importance is the analysis and coordination of technical requirements for scheduled customer projects (e.g. design of complex applications, maintenance, replacements, etc.);

  • Interpreting, clarifying, and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders, taking into account the MR delivery spectrum, with technical support from a specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Based on relevant processes, carry out technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of customer-specific special designs;
