Job Summary

Detail-oriented coordinator to manage order processing, export documentation, and fulfilment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone or fax with prompt and professional responses
• Process quotations and sales orders accurately and within timelines
• Manage order fulfilment and ensure correct entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the system
• Follow up closely with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
• Prepare export shipping documentation for international shipments
• Process documentation for Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations where applicable
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely order pick-up and delivery
• Generate invoices promptly for completed orders
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly forecast targets
