Overview

Part of a team responsible to process single machines and small project orders in SAP from Order to Delivery for the assigned countries. Serve as the single point of contact on Order Commercial and Delivery matters between Project Manager and intercompany Supplier.

Responsibilities

• Create Sales Order in SAP accurately and timely.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up order confirmations to ensure project timelines are met.
• Close monitoring of machine readiness and ensure timely delivery and completeness of invoices.
• Data maintenance in SAP to ensure up-to-date information for accurate turnover forecast.
• Prepare invoices and send them to sales/customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager / Project Manager to collect outstanding payments.
• Coordinate shipping documents (Packing List and Bill of Lading) and work with forwarder/logistics to arrange shipment.
