We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Order Management Specialist to join our E-commerce team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role means consistently delivering accurate and timely order management while leveraging Odoo and WMS to drive operational excellence and continuously improve logistics performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating with 3PL on daily operations, managing KPI Expectations and maintain a close relationship.
- Monitor, supervise and execute order management system.
- Reduce Order Turn Time by monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure that orders are being scheduled and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Answer customer inquiries and facilitate order change requests.
