We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with total experience of 4+ years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications.

Experience

  • Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
  • Proficient in writing HCM Extracts.
  • Proficient in preparing HDL files for Data Load.
  • Proficient in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with third Party Applications.
  • Experience in creating HCM Extensions.
  • Should have knowledge of Core HR module.
  • Should have knowledge of Payroll module.
  • Experience working on Integrations using webservices/REST Services
  • Willing to learn and work on new technologies
  • Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment...
