QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any bachelors degree course
• With 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional, Oracle Learning, LMS Administration or HRIS Functional Analysis
• Oracle Learning / Talent / Performance
• LMS Administration
• Learning & Development (L&D) Experience
• HRIS / Oracle HCM Experience
• Reporting & Analytics
• Technical Troubleshooting
• SCORM / xAPI Knowledge
