Role Overview As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients. Responsibilities AMS – Support & Continuous ImprovementHandle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow-up until stabilization. Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
