Required Skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation.
- Fast Formula configuration and troubleshooting.
- HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads.
- Security console – roles, data access sets, and role-based access troubleshooting.
- OTBI/BIP reporting.
- Incident & Problem Management.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- My Oracle Support (SR logging and management) and quarterly release management
