Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll Lead to provide expert-level functional support and leadership across payroll operations and implementations. You will be the go-to authority for UK statutory payroll, ensuring seamless payroll processing, compliance, and system optimization within a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, resolving complex issues within SLA.
- Own end-to-end UK payroll cycles‑pre‑validation, calculation, payment, costing, and post‑payroll reconciliation.
- Manage UK statutory processes: RTI (FPS/EPS), P45/P60, statutory payments (SMP/SSP), auto‑enrolment pensions, and HMRC integrations.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
