Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Insight Global (Abitibi-Témiscamingue)

Full-time Consulting

• 12‑month contract with potential extensions
• Starts part‑time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full‑time hours after the first 2–3 months
• Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A

What they’re looking for:

• 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
• Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
• Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
• Solid background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes
