Job Description
5+ years of experience withOracle Applications , including hands‑on expertise inOracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules
Strong experience inOracle Fusion implementation projects , including requirements gathering, FIT‑GAP analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
Deep understanding ofbusiness processesand the ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion capabilities
Hands‑on experience withBPM workflows, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle reporting solutions
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third‑party applications usingAPIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Knowledge ofdata migration toolssuch as FBDI and HDL, along with SQL/PL‑SQL proficiency
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and end‑user training skills
Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification and experience withFast Formulas (HCM)are highly preferred
