- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR.
- Strong skills in configuration, enhancements, security, reporting, workflow, and customization.
- Current hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS implementations and support.
- Solid background in the government/public sector, with ability to navigate compliance and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the HCM track, engage stakeholders, and provide strong functional guidance throughout the engagement.
- Recognized for leadership presence, positive attitude, and sound character.
