A Fast Formula error does not produce a support ticket — it produces a wrong payroll run affecting hundreds of employees, an incorrect accrual balance, or a benefits eligibility failure. If you write formulas to a standard where that scenario does not happen, and you have the project scars that come from knowing exactly what produces that scenario, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

RAC is hiring a Fast Formula Developer to write, test, and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules. You will implement business rules that cannot be met through standard Oracle configuration, translating HR and Payroll policy into validated, precisely documented Fast Formula code.
