Job Description
**I. Job Summary**
This role is a **senior techno-functional position** responsible for **advanced support, technical analysis, and solution delivery in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials** . The individual will act as a **bridge between Finance business and technical/integration teams** , with **strong emphasis on data, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting** , while retaining functional ownership of finance processes.
**II.** **Key Responsibilities**
**1. Production Support & Issue Resolution**
+ Provide **L2/L3 support** for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
+ Perform **deep-dive troubleshooting using SQL, logs, and interface tables**
+ Conduct **root cause analysis across subledger → SLA → GL flow**
+ Resolve **data, accounting, and integration failures**
